@Mogima Heart massaging with electricity (defibrillate) is a thing, but you don't do it to a flat-lined person. That's just TV magic.

Technically defibrillation works by stopping the heart to restore its natural beat cycle (kinda like how pressing the restart button on the CPU works, it wouldn't work on an already turned off pc but it could work when your system hangs). So no, you can't control freshly murdered people.

@Mogima Sorry to burst your bubble but you can't pseudo control dead people via electricity. Neurons only carry impulses, not control movement, you need living cells to actually react to these messages, and dead cells=no movement.

What the point of not getting rid of mob and bosses of mafia? They will come back after him and his family after the initial treat. There no point to try and take organized crime group on fair ground or some "pact" they don't have to uphold. They pro criminals and not going to became behaved just because of some scary event. electricity can also be used for :
-shooting hyper speed metallic projectile via railgun, controlling mineral via alectromagnetism, and 3d maneuvering via metalic element on the wall (from to aru kagaku no railgun)
-giving electric attribute to metallic weapon like yoyo, and THEORITICALLY speed-up your movement and reflex via nerve stimulation (hunter X hunter)
-disarming fire-arm via electromagnet (sooooo many shows/manga use this. i can't even tell you which)
-burning flesh by the heat given by electricity.
-reviving dead people by massaging their heart with a mild current of electricity
-pseudo-necromancy by controlling the muscle tissue of the dead (this is really my own idea.at least i never saw this being used in manga/anime)
