But basically, foreign body removal refers to the sperm that is released in the vagina during intercourse, so the sperm will be identified as a foreign body/substance and will remove it(obviously his Shin's dick(penis) won't get removed because it's like sticking his finger up Cecily's nose or mouth) and so it will basically be like a method of contraception, and in this case it is mostly similar to spermicide, in turn it means they can keep having sex(intercourse) as much times as they want without Cecily getting pregnant because the sperm doesn't fertilise the egg.

Biamam scan I already said this before that you chapter numbering was wrong. It start be wrong since chapter 10 after that you release another chapter 10 but it actually chapter 11. So currently this is not chapter 29 but ch 30. You can check on RAW Volume version to verify it
