@TWATY Volume 11 came out on Friday which might have something to do with it haha. But at the rate at which Rol has been releasing chapters they deserve a rest anyway. |

From what I get, Fantasia was so abundant back in the days that pretty much everyone could use it at least a little. |

Was it ever mentioned how people could use magic before the Nemesis's started to drop down? Up until now, it seemed like only infected can use magic i.e. fantasia and that was only by being exposed to the Nemesis. But then we got some weird insert by Myr about humans using the gems/magic weapons created by the Sprites and the "natural?" magic world... but then there are magic users who were humans, but they were using the tools? I guess is that how it went down? So "mages" were just the same as the Barons using potions/technochemists (LOL) and the OG farmer who rebelled somehow created an "alternative magic" (miracles). |

@Jachinz it's sinister. It's truly evil, but it's not exactly hypocrisy. The Inquisition is against the infected because of an ancient war between magic users and magic tool users. Since the risk of becoming a magic user is death, having them as slaves is somewhat appropriate. They can abuse a large group of people, by forcing their infection and exploit their abilities instead of risking their own lives. It's fucked up but it would make sense. This will probably circle around to Seth being some kind of test tube baby that was meant to be the generation of slave infected that would power all magical tools. |

ahh I hope the metal teeth guy survives he has one of those personalities that I enjoy. Kinda figured the queen was more or less innocent of the whole spectrum deal |

Thats it just making people who can use magic slaves? Inquisition are essentially using "magic" from another source like don't they realize the hypocrisy |

@Rol nice guy, I also wanted to tell you that you're a translation monster, 1 chap/day is a miracle and it's really cool since we have our daily Radiant's dose :) |

I also took radiant as a play on the similar adjective bright/hopeful, and the radiant land seth is looking for. But I believe bright would've fit the text more. "The future is/looks bright" is a phrase I commonly hear |

@Rol i think there are other synonym that you can use because"radiant" can be understand as the baron speaks about the Radiant that Seth want to find, and not the adjective "radiant". It can cause some mistakes |

Pretty brutal turn of events. |

The baron doesn't say "Radiant" in french, I guess I should have used bright or another synonym (although bright doesn't seem strong enough), sorry. |

Wow, things ain't looking good. Bragniore (sp) managed to evade the bell except for a foot which isn't great but is better than dying outright. And the Queen is straight up throwing her body into the battle. I'm not sure if the baron saying radiant is a turn of phrase to be clever or actually indicative of him knowing something. That said, these barons sure turned out to be way more dangerous than their intro led you to believe |
