Yay, Yukka's intro! I've been reading ahead and she's pretty cool! Also, I've had friends who were frustrated by the early chapters because Akira has been kind of a passive character (which is amplified by the POV character being Hime), but these chapters do a good job of showing how a lot of that passivity is fear-driven and once she feels like she's safe to express herself, she doesn't hold back her joy. |

I'm going through transition right now, and these are life lessons to live by. 1. If someone misgenders you by mistake, correct them kindly. If they do it on purpose, get mad. 2. Don't let fear of rejection make you miss out on approaching people. Worst case scenario, you then know they're idiots; best case, you gained a new friend. |
