this demon lord is annoying

The foriegn Princess: She is suspicious, but probably innocent. We don't know her motives yet, and she forced her way into this party to be here. But if all things progressed as they were she would have leverage to farce Seran to be her knight. (The only thing we are cretin she as an individual wants.)

Kail and his party: are innocent because we know them all and none had a motive to specifically put themselves at the center of an international indecent with themselves as the prime suspects. At the very least if someone had secret motives they would have disposed of the evidence rather than pt it on display.

The dragons: are probably innocent. even thought they came last minute, they had a reason to be there and it may have been a coincident that they ran into the meeting. And as far as we know they don't have any beef with the demons.

So the only options left are the demon Lord, the uninvited demons, and a third party we don't know about yet.

My guess. The demon with the dead brother is probably a red herring and it is actually some third party "the evil cult thing".
