@themanj sawing is more about removing material while traditional cutting is dividing something with a fine edge. A stick wouldn't cut a tree, it would smash/break it and from what we saw in the manga he's cutting it in the traditional sense as even the girl notes how clean the cut is.

@jorgeDS sure i can see your point but you dont need an edge to cut... chainsaws dont have a edge persay becauase that edge is just a chain and isnt all that sharp

i think you can cut apart a log with a stick but the energy/speed needed would be insane and the stick would nolonger exist being turned into a mist
thats how a tiny lead ball(a bullet) can break bones

@themanj the only explanation to that is some kind of magic sword skill shit. No amount of strength lets you cut a tree with a stick, it doesn't have an edge.

@themanj Midoriya is quite ripped for his age. Realistically though swordsmanship doesn't really need a lot of muscular strength nor does it build it easily, unless you're guts.

he is kinda like midorya huh... well exept for the fact its only really in swordsman ship
i wonder what his hand to hand abilities are like since he does so much training i mean both the MC of this and midorya must have insane muscular and bone strength due to them basically torture testing their bodies every times
they are both also rather small builds packing one big ass punch so their muscles must have a higher power to weight ratio or so i think

Wish the author didn't make every character except MC unlikable.

@GrimThoughts To be fair, he has an ability. 'This soul will not grow stronger', or something like that. They interpreted it as he's forever weak, when it actually means he's already the strongest. He just has to learn how to bring his potential out in his new body. At least that's how I read it.
