As an Asian myself, her submissive attitude makes sense. Most kids in traditional Asian families are raised like that and are only involved with similar kids. The education in many Asian countries emphasises paying back your elders and basically tells you to live to serve them. A lot of people are literally unable to comprehend a lifestyle different than what they are told their whole life, let alone accepting it.

Asian family culture always baffles me.

@Oeconomist I agree with you there. I mean yeah, as a child you can be treated like a child... That's understandable, HOWEVER!! I pay my own bills, apartment/house, car, etc.. I think that entitles me to a fuck you or two.
